Backend Developer

Strong CS fundamentals gained through Bachelor degree in CS or equivalent industry experience
Experience using a dynamic programming language in a production environment
Ability to work in areas outside of their usual comfort zone and get things done quickly

Experience using Ruby on Rails in a production environment
Experience using an MVC framework
Experience using NoSQL data stores (MongoDB, Redis, etc.)
Personal projects that show and aptitude for back-end engineering
Proficiency using HTML5 / CSS3 (SASS) / Javascript (jQuery) / AJAX in a production environment
