The Romagna town not only is the Italian summer nightlife capital, but also a great business centre for meetings, fairs and events. For whatever reason you’re going from Rome to Rimini, trains are the best way to move from one city to the other. If you prefer a direct train, the only one available is a Frecciabianca at 05:38pm, that will take you to your destination in less than 4 hours at an average price of 40€ (although you can find great deals from only 19.90€ if you book some weeks in advance). Alternatively, you can opt for a high speed train to Bologna, such as an Italo or a Frecciarossa, in order to change and take a regional train or another Frecciarossa. These solutions are comparable either in terms of duration - despite the connection, your journey will take about 4 hours - or in terms of price (booking in advance you can find fares starting from 22€). Moreover, choosing a journey with connections, you’ll have far more trains to choose from everyday, with departures from 05:45am to 08:55pm. One last option is to take a night Intercity train leaving few minutes before 11:00pm and arriving at 06:29am the following day. Indicatively, the cost for your journey is between 30€ and 50€ if leaving this week, while you can get good deals with prices starting from 19.90€ if you book few weeks in advance.
