Neijiang is a prefecture-level city in the southeast of Sichuan province, People's Republic of China, with a population of about 4,200,000. It is located on the Tuo River and is a transportation and food-processing center.Its population is 3,702,847 at the 2010 census whom 1,254,426 in the built up area made of 2 urban districts.
